You can restore your data a few different ways:
- Launch the backup software desktop client on your Windows or Mac -> Click "Restore" from the left pane.
- Navigate to the reseller portal or end-user client portal -> Log in -> Click "File Explorer" at top -> Click "Restore" at top right corner (click OK or ALLOW if you are prompted via pop-up windows) -> After the app launches fully, follow the wizard from there to choose and restore the files you need.
- If you need to restore a large amount of data we can send it to you via USB drive - still in encrypted format. Simply open a ticket with us to request this.
Make sure you have your encryption key that you entered when you created your backup set. If you work with an IT firm or consultant, they may have created your encryption key for you. Contact them directly to request it.
