How do I change a user's account password?

You may change the account password via the reseller portal.

  1. Login to the reseller portal
  2. Click [Users] at the top
  3. Click on the account name of the user you wish to modify
  4. Click the [Password] button at the top.

Please note changing the password for the account can cause problems if you were using the account password as the [Default] encryption key.

Can I change my encrypting key?
