Setup Mailbox Level Backup Set

1. Open the backup client on the Exchange 2003 server 
2. Click "Settings" icon at the bottom
3. Click the "+" (plus) sign at the top to add a new backup set
4. Name the backup set
5. Choose "MS Exchange Mail Level" from the "Type" drop down
6. Follow the wizard until completion
