Reseller Dashboard

Recieve news, check the status of backup jobs, quickly review customer usage, and view online users all from a convienent location. To the left of the page are quick links for adding users, checking account usage, and jumping to end user administration pages.

Branding

From this section you can control different aspects of your control panel apperence, as well as modify important settings such as hyperlinks to your billing and support pages, establishing a parked domain, and modifying your login and splash logos.

User Management

This area provides all the necessary options needed to manage all end users, including the ability to add, delete and suspend accounts. When managing a particular account partners can go to this section to change passwords, licenses, account status, storage quotas, bandwidth limits, and manage add-on modules.

System Configuration

This section allows for the configuration of e-mail server settings, such as the reseller display name, from sender, SMTP server address, and smtp authentication information.

Software Download

All software executables are availalbe for download through the Software selection tab. From here Resellers will have 24/7 access to their braneded application, and all subsequent updates and major releases.

Marketing Material

In this area Resellers will have access to all white-label marketing guides, brochures, images, and documents. All the files provided are either in a Microsoft Word or Adobe Illustrator format. All content is unflattened originals for you to modify and brand to your company. If you do not have Adobe Illustrator we recommend the open source Inkscape software to modify the Illustrator (.ai) files.

Logs

In this section Partners can see a list of all operations performed within their account. Actions such as user delections, failed or successful logins, and other pertinent information can easily be reviewed from this area.
