Our Managed Network
With multi-gigabit internet connections managed by one of the top backbone providers in the world, our online backup servers are maintained with data redundancy as our top priority. In addition to constant replication between our servers located in both Florida and Texas, all data from online backups is stored on RAID 6 arrays which are double-redundant, meaning the failure of one or even two drives can occur without any data being lost. The datacenters that house them all have industry-standard safeguards in-place, including fire suppression and climate control, as well as restricted access and 24-hour monitoring and security. In the event of prolonged power-loss they're also equipped with diesel generators and at least two weeks worth of fuel.
